How do I exchange my converse order?

It’s important to us that your new sneakers feel as great as they look! That’s why you have 30 days to try them on and make sure they’re a perfect fit.

If at any point during those 30 days you decide it’s just not right, you can return your order for a refund or exchange for another size. For an exchange, simply give us a call and we’ll make it happen. As soon as we receive your return, we’ll ship your exchange order and send it your way!
